1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using YTTG (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

YTTG is an AI-powered YouTube thumbnail generator that allows users to create custom thumbnails using text prompts and optional reference images. The Service uses Google's latest AI technology, including Imagen 4 and Gemini 3 Pro Image, to generate thumbnail images.

AI Transparency: YTTG is powered by Google Imagen, but YTTG is an independent service. YTTG is not a Google product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google. For more information, see the AI Transparency page.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use YTTG, you must sign in with a Google account. By creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

3.2 Free Trial

New users receive 3 free credits every month to try the Service. After using the credits, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue generating thumbnails.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

4.1 Available Plans

YTTG offers the following subscription plans:

  • Starter: $10/month or $108/year - 35 credits per billing period
  • Pro: $20/month or $216/year - 90 credits per billing period
  • Creator: $50/month or $540/year - 280 credits per billing period

4.2 Billing and Renewal

Subscriptions are billed automatically on a monthly or yearly basis, depending on your selected plan. Your credit count resets at the beginning of each billing period. Unused credits do not roll over to the next period.

4.3 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through Creem.io. YTTG does not store your payment information. All payment data is handled securely by Creem.io in accordance with their terms and privacy policy.

4.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the customer portal accessible from your billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your paid period.

4.5 Refunds

Refund requests are handled through Creem.io's customer portal. YTTG does not provide direct refunds. Please contact Creem.io support through the customer portal for refund inquiries.

5. Generation Limits

Your subscription plan determines the number of thumbnail credits you can create per billing period:

  • Each thumbnail generation counts as one use of your generation limit
  • Credits are deducted immediately when you successfully generate a thumbnail
  • If a generation fails due to an error, your generation count is not deducted
  • Generation limits reset at the start of each new billing period
  • Unused credits do not carry over to the next billing period

6. Content Ownership and Usage Rights

6.1 Generated Thumbnails

You own the thumbnails you generate using YTTG. You may use, modify, and distribute generated thumbnails for any purpose, including commercial use.

6.2 User Content

You retain ownership of any prompts, reference images, or other content you provide to YTTG. By using the Service, you grant YTTG a license to use this content solely for the purpose of generating thumbnails and providing the Service.

6.3 Prohibited Content

You agree not to use YTTG to generate content that:

  • Is illegal, harmful, or violates any laws
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Contains hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content
  • Is pornographic, sexually explicit, or inappropriate
  • Violates Google's Imagen usage policies

7. Service Availability

YTTG strives to provide reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

  • Maintenance and updates
  • Technical issues with third-party services (Google, Creem.io, Firebase)
  • Force majeure events

8. Third-Party Services

YTTG relies on the following third-party services:

  • Google Firebase: For authentication, data storage, and file storage
  • Google Gemini API (Imagen): For AI-powered image generation
  • Creem.io: For payment processing and subscription management

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. YTTG is not responsible for the availability or performance of these third-party services.

9. Limitation of Liability

YTTG provides the Service “as is” without warranties of any kind. YTTG shall not be liable for:

  • Any loss or damage resulting from use of the Service
  • Interruptions or errors in the Service
  • Loss of data or generated content
  • Issues arising from third-party service providers

10. Account Termination

YTTG reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms of Use
  • Use the Service for illegal purposes
  • Attempt to circumvent generation limits or payment systems
  • Engage in abusive or harmful behavior

Upon termination, your access to the Service will be revoked, and YTTG may delete your account data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

YTTG reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. YTTG will notify users of significant changes by updating the “Last updated” date on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
